We will start the session with looking at examples of illuminated letters from very traditional to more modern takes. You will then sketch up a couple of ideas and pick your favourite.

We will provide you with watercolour paper to draw your chosen design on. These letters can then be painted with watercolour and finished off with pens and inks. Depending on how intricate your design is, you may be able to complete a couple of letters.

We provide all materials and aprons.

This session will be run by our art teacher Laura so she will be on hand to help you out. All abilities welcome!
