Cancellation Policy

Please contact us asap via email (contact@thestudiocheam.co.uk) to confirm your cancellation.

If you notify us with 10 days notice before the date of your booking, then we will provide a full refund.

If you notify us with less than 10 days notice before the date of your booking, we will be unable to refund you. We can offer credit to use for a future booking.

If you notify us with less than 24 hours notice we will be unable to provide you with a refund or credit.

Behaviour Policy

We have a behaviour policy to maintain a safe, kind and supportive creative environment. We do not support bullying, discrimination or violence of any kind. 

We maintain a safe and supportive environment by:

  • No harassment or discriminatory language towards any staff or student in relation to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability.

  • No inappropriate or violent acts towards any staff or students.

  • Notifying parents or guardians immediately if anything happens in a class and taking appropriate action.

  • In severe instances we reserve the right to cancel bookings if the behaviour policy is not met.
